Российским банкам увеличат ликвидность в 15 раз

Центробанк с 26 декабря 2012 г. по 8 января 2013 г. увеличит банковскую ликвидность в 15 раз до 682 млрд руб. Об этом говорится в прогнозе ЦБ РФ. На прошлой неделе правительство предоставило банкам 44 млрд руб.

Остатки средств на счетах Банка России сократятся на 682 млрд руб. Абсорбирование ликвидности по операциям ЦБ с банками оценивается в 2,062 трлн руб. Рост объема наличных денег в обращении вне ЦБ РФ приведет к абсорбированию ликвидности еще на 277 млрд руб.

Лимит ликвидности с 26 декабря по 8 января зафиксирован на уровне 1,67 трлн руб. В I квартале 2013 г. на российском рынке сохранится дефицит ликвидности. Причина – медленное исполнение федерального бюджета.

Центробанк ранее оценил отток капитала за январь-ноябрь на уровне $59 млрд, что означает, что в октябре-ноябре отток капитала прекратился. Прогноз министерства по оттоку капитала в 2013 г.: от 0 до $10 млрд.
