ЦБ спрогнозировал снижение темпов роста кредитования в России

В 2013 году темпы роста кредитования составят около 20 процентов. С таким прогнозом, как сообщает РИА Новости, выступил первый заместитель председателя ЦБ Алексей Симановский. По его словам, объем корпоративных кредитов увеличится на 15 процентов, потребительских - на 20-30 процентов.

Прогноз на 2013 год отражает незначительное снижение темпов роста кредитования по сравнению с текущим годом. Ранее тот же Симановский утверждал, что в 2012 году кредитные портфели банков увеличатся на 20-25 процентов. К 1 октября объем корпоративных кредитов вырос на 16,9 процента, потребительских - на 41,7 процента.

По словам Симановского, которые приводит "Интерфакс", в ЦБ хотели бы, чтобы рост корпоративных кредитов был выше, а потребительских - ниже. Ранее в Центробанке планировали ужесточить требования к банкам при выдаче потребительских кредитов, чтобы выдавать их стало сложнее.

Многие банки осенью 2012 года стали повышать ставки по кредитам, так как ЦБ в сентябре поднял ставку рефинансирования с 8 до 8,25 процента годовых. Эта мера должна помочь ЦБ бороться с инфляцией.

Кроме того, многие эксперты прогнозируют в 2013 году стагнацию на таком популярном виде кредитования как ипотека. Они отмечают, что ставки по ипотеке в следующем году будут расти, что снизит популярность этого вида кредитов.
